Shipping + Returns

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on its way! This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.

Please note: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business day of being placed, however this is dependent on volumes at the time of ordering. If there is any sort of issue and we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be despatched during peak sale periods.


Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days.

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas).

We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, but this is highly dependent on order volumes at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be despatched during peak sale periods. Please note: THHactive is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. THHactive is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be despatched from the warehouse. We aim to despatch packages within 10 business days during our major sale periods.

Your satisfaction is our first priority at THHactive.

If an item isn't quite right for you we unfortunately don't take change of mind returns. 

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
